Aniimo Prismana Capture Guide — From Spawning Prismana to Sparkling Cubes

Bloom Nurturing · Attract Aniimo · Wild Surge · Prismatic Energy · Prismana Crystals
The Branch weather change screen — see which Prismana Form Aniimo you will encounter next in each region
A step-by-step guide on how to spawn and catch Prismana Aniimo. You can spawn Prismana yourself by nurturing a Bloom, catching all the Aniimo from the resulting Wild Surge, and filling up your Prismatic Energy. If you have a Prismana Crystal, you can trigger a Prismana Flow in your chosen region right away. We also cover how to use Prismana Crystals, how they differ from Vein Essence, and frequently asked questions.
  • Standard Prismana farming cycle: Select region → Nurture Bloom → Attract Aniimo → Catch all Wild Surge Aniimo → Release Prismatic Energy → Repeat
  • Do not defeat Wild Surge Aniimo—you must catch them with Aniipods to accumulate Prismatic Energy
  • Once Prismatic Energy is full, a Prismana Aniimo is guaranteed to spawn, and the game will guide you directly to its location
  • Spawned Prismana Aniimo can be caught immediately without combat; a Sparkling Cube is the go-to choice
  • If you have a Prismana Crystal, you can instantly trigger 1 Prismana Flow in your chosen region at the Branch (up to 3 per day)

Never Defeat Wild Surge Aniimo in Combat

Most Common Mistake
Prismatic Energy only accumulates when you catch Wild Surge Aniimo. Defeating them in battle will not progress your Prismana farming. • Stock up on plenty of standard, Pro, and Mega Aniipods. Each Wild Surge species has a different catch rate. • The Tumbler, which rolls to catch passing Aniimo in groups, has a 6x catch rate on Aniimo gathered by nurturing, making it exceptionally effective during Wild Surges.

Trigger It Instantly If You Have a Prismana Crystal

Fast Method
Map → Nimbus Fields → Branch marker → Go to Infuse Energy → Change Weather (bottom left) → Select region → Use 1 Prismana Crystal This immediately triggers 1 Prismana Flow in your chosen region. Up to 3 per day, with a 1-minute cooldown. See the dedicated section below for detailed steps.

1Start by Checking Where Your Target Prismana Spawns

  • Prismatic Energy accumulates separately for each region, and each region spawns different Prismana Aniimo. Farming at a random Bloom might spawn a Prismana you don’t want, so decide on the region that hosts your desired Prismana first.
  • During a Prismana Flow, only one Prismana Aniimo spawns at a time and does not respawn. Once it appears, go catch it immediately.
  • On the Prismana Crystal weather change screen, you can check in advance which Prismana Form Aniimo you will encounter next in each region. If you are curious about what will appear, looking at this screen first is a great idea.

2Nurturing at a Bloom

  • Perform Nurture at a Bloom in each region. Nurture unlocks after earning the Bronze Exploration Badge for that area.
  • You get 1 free Nurture per day, which stacks up to 3 times if unused.
  • When you have no free attempts left, you can spend 1 Vein Essence for an additional Nurture run.
  • Nurturing raises the Prismatic Energy level of that region. Higher Prismatic Energy draws higher-tier Aniimo during subsequent Nurture runs.

3Attracting Aniimo for a Wild Surge

  • After 1 Nurture run, you can interact with the Bloom to Attract Aniimo. Doing so triggers a Wild Surge of Aniimo around the Bloom (roughly 20 Aniimo based on actual gameplay).
  • Never kill them—catch them. Prismatic Energy only builds up when you catch Wild Surge Aniimo with Aniipods.
  • Wild Surge Aniimo vary in capture difficulty by species, so prepare plenty of standard, Pro, and Mega Aniipods. Refer to our Aniipod Guide for when and which Aniipod to use.
After Nurturing, the "Attract Aniimo" interaction appears at the Bloom

4Catching Every Wild Surge Aniimo

  • Catch every single spawned Aniimo without exception. Catch them; do not defeat them.
  • Once all are caught, a notice appears: "Wild Surge ended. Head to the Bloom to release accumulated Prismatic Energy!"
  • Participating in a Wild Surge in a friend's world also increases the Prismatic Energy in your own world.
Catching them all displays a Wild Surge completed notice and unlocks "Release Prismatic Energy" at the Bloom

5Releasing Prismatic Energy at the Bloom

  • When the Wild Surge ends, return to the Bloom and choose Release Prismatic Energy. The accumulated Prismatic Energy is applied to the region and you receive rewards.
  • A Prismana Aniimo is not guaranteed to appear after a single run. Repeat the cycle: Nurture → Attract Aniimo → Catch all → Release Prismatic Energy to fill the meter.
  • According to in-game guidance, once Prismatic Energy is completely full, a Prismana Aniimo is guaranteed to appear. Additionally, each time energy rises, there is a small chance for energy to surge and spawn a Prismana immediately.
Releasing energy raises the "Regional Prismatic Energy Status"

6What Happens When Lucky or Super Lucky Triggers?

  • While catching Wild Surge Aniimo, a Lucky Strike (LUCKY / SUPER LUCKY) may trigger. When it does, that area gains extra Prismatic Energy.
  • This makes catching every single Aniimo during Wild Surges the core engine of Prismana farming.
  • The exact trigger rate for Lucky Strikes and whether specific Aniipods increase the rate has not been officially confirmed.

7Follow the Navigation Once Prismana Spawns

  • When enough Prismatic Energy has accumulated, a special banner notification announces that a Prismana Aniimo has spawned.
  • The game then automatically navigates you directly to the Prismana Aniimo’s location. There is no need to search the entire map.

8Catching the Prismana Aniimo

  • When you arrive at the Prismana Aniimo, you can throw an Aniipod and catch it immediately without any combat.
  • For a hard-earned Prismana, we strongly recommend preparing a Sparkling Cube. Among the player community, using a Sparkling Cube on Prismana is the go-to choice.
  • Prismana Aniimo can still be caught with other Aniipods. To learn why players choose Sparkling Cubes and how standard, Pro, Mega, Ultra, and Sparkling Cubes differ, check out our Aniipod Guide.

9Have a Prismana Crystal? Spawn Your Chosen Prismana Instantly

When enough Vein energy spreads through a Branch, a Prismana Flow occurs and rare Prismana Aniimo appear. Prismana Crystals let you skip this entire process.

  • Infusing 1 Prismana Crystal into a Branch triggers 1 Prismana Flow immediately.
  • Prismana Crystals can be used up to 3 times per day, with a 1-minute cooldown between uses. The remaining count is displayed on screen as "Daily Prismana Flow Changes 0/3".
  • ① Open the in-game Map.
  • ② Select the Branch marker in Nimbus Fields (Breezy Plains).
  • ③ Tap Go to Infuse Energy on the right side.
  • ④ Tap Change Weather in the bottom left of the Branch screen.
  • ⑤ Select your desired region. This screen displays the next Prismana Form Aniimo you will encounter in that area.
  • ⑥ Use 1 Prismana Crystal to trigger a Prismana Flow in the selected region immediately.
  • Changing weather (Prismana Flow) requires the Branch to reach the Prismana Radiance stage.
  • Prismana Crystals are obtained from Branch Nurturing (per in-game acquisition source).
In-game "Prismana Flow" help — 1 crystal triggers 1 flow immediately, up to 3 per day, 1-minute cooldown
Prismana Crystal — Obtained via: Branch Nurturing
① Select the Branch marker in Nimbus Fields on the map → "Go to Infuse Energy" on the right
② Tap "Change Weather" in the bottom left of the Branch screen
③ Select a region to see which Prismana Form Aniimo will appear next. Use 1 Prismana Crystal to trigger Prismana Flow (Changes today: 0/3)

10Vein Essence vs. Prismana Crystals

  • Vein Essence: Used to perform 1 additional Nurture run when you have no free attempts remaining. It does not spawn a Prismana directly.
  • Prismana Crystal: Immediately triggers 1 Prismana Flow in your chosen region at the Branch, skipping the need to repeat Nurture and Wild Surge cycles. Obtained from Branch Nurturing.
  • It is easy to mix them up: remember that Vein Essence is 'material for one more farming run', while a Prismana Crystal is 'an item that spawns Prismana on demand'.

11Frequently Asked Questions

  • Q. Can I defeat Wild Surge Aniimo? — No. Prismatic Energy accumulates only through capturing, so always catch them with Aniipods.
  • Q. How many Aniimo do I need to catch? — The goal is to catch every Aniimo that spawns in the Wild Surge. Once all are caught, you will be prompted to release Prismatic Energy.
  • Q. Are standard Aniipods enough? — No. Capture difficulties vary by species, so it is best to carry plenty of standard, Pro, and Mega Aniipods.
  • Q. Do I need to fight the Prismana when it spawns? — No. You can throw an Aniipod and catch it right away without combat.
  • Q. Can Prismana only be caught with a Sparkling Cube? — No. Other Aniipods can catch it too, but using a Sparkling Cube guarantees the Sparkling mutation and the Perfect rating, making it the go-to choice.
  • Q. How many free Nurture attempts can I accumulate? — You gain 1 attempt per day, stacking up to 3. If you run out, you can spend 1 Vein Essence for an additional attempt.
  • Q. How do I use a Prismana Crystal? — Map → Nimbus Fields Branch → Go to Infuse Energy → Change Weather → Select region → Use 1 Prismana Crystal.
  • Q. Can I spawn a Prismana in any region I want? — Yes, if you have a Prismana Crystal. You can select the region directly on the weather change screen.

  • •Free Nurture attempts stack up to 3, so on busy days you can let them accumulate and run them all at once later.
  • •Only one Prismana spawns during a Prismana Flow and does not respawn, so follow the navigation path immediately.
