What is the most valuable loot in Egg Heist?

The Evercrystal Egg and Collector’s Edition: Evercrystal Egg are the most valuable at 10M. Next come the Prismatic Iris (5M) and Collector’s Edition: Feather Bathed in Light (about 3.05M). All of them are Prismatic.

What should I drop when the backpack is full?

Drop the lowest quality first. Common is typically 414, Uncommon 930 and Rare 1,989, far below Legendary (19K). But keep the 3 keys, which are worth more than their quality, and you can drop the Prismana Shell Shard (500) first even though it is Legendary.

Is the value by quality the price per kg?

No. It is the value of one item. It is the median when the item values of that quality are lined up.

How many items does a backpack hold?

Default Backpack 4, Simple Backpack 10, Lightweight Backpack 14, Adventure Backpack 18 and Heavy Pack 22. Apart from the count there is a weight limit, which grows with the Egg Heist talents Fully Loaded I · II · III (Load +4 · +4 · +6).

In Egg Heist, Eggshell Coins are the total value of the items in your backpack, and a backpack holds only a set number of items (22 in the Heavy Pack). So what you drop when it is full matters. Going through the value of all 132 Sanctum loot items value is almost entirely decided by quality. This guide shows the value of one item by quality, what each backpack is worth when full, the items you should not drop by quality alone, the backpack weight limit, and a full icon list you can browse.

1Eggshell Coins = Total Value of the Items in Your Backpack

Eggshell Coins are the total value of the items in your and your party's backpacks. Picking an item up adds its value, and dropping it takes the value back off. In the backpack screen, the number under an item is its value.
The numbers below are the item values. We checked in game on 10/14 that picking an item up raises your Eggshell Coins by exactly this number.
A backpack holds a set number of items: Default Backpack 4 · Simple Backpack 10 · Lightweight Backpack 14 · Adventure Backpack 18 · Heavy Pack 22. So what you drop when the slots are full matters.
Apart from the item count there is also a weight limit (the “22/32 kg” at the top of the backpack screen). It grows as you learn the Egg Heist talents Fully Loaded I · II · III (Load +4 · +4 · +6).

2Value of one item by quality

The numbers on the cards below are the median when the item values of each quality are lined up. They are per item, not per kg.
Legendary (19K) is about 4× Epic (4,775), and Prismatic (300K) about 15× Legendary. Value jumps sharply with each quality step, so one high-quality item beats several low-quality ones.
Pick a backpack to see what it is worth when filled with one quality. A Heavy Pack (22 slots) full of Epic items is about 105K; full of Legendary items, about 420K.

3When the Backpack Is Full — Drop Order and Exceptions

When the backpack is full, drop the lowest quality first. Items of the same quality do not differ much in value, so during a match you can choose by the border color alone.
But do not decide by quality alone for the items below. They are worth at least 3 times more or less than the typical value of their quality.
The 3 keys (Rusted Iron Key · Silver-Plated Key · Gilded Key) are worth far more than their quality. One Gilded Key is worth 70K. The Prismana Shell Shard is Legendary but only 500, so it is fine to drop it first.

4Full Loot List

These are all 132 loot items that drop in the Sanctum. By default they are sorted by value, and you can find them with the quality · weight · type chips and name search.
Pick Highest value per kg under Sort to order them by value for their weight. Combined with a weight chip (e.g. 1–3kg), it shows at a glance what to keep within the same weight range.
Weight uses the same scale as the weight cells you see first when you open a chest (1–3 kg is 1 cell, 4–6 kg is 2 cells, 7–9 kg is 3 cells, 10 kg or more is 4–5 cells). See the purple chest farming guide for details.

Pro tips

•Read this guide once before a match and remember just "drop low quality first + keep the keys" and you will not need to look anything up during the match.
•The fewer slots your backpack has, the more each slot counts. If you go in with a small backpack, plan to drop low-quality items as soon as you pick them up.
•Eggshell Coins count your party members' backpacks too. In a party, each of you can carry a share of the high-value items.
