Irises travel on the wind and take on a different color wherever they live. The Irises of the Sea of Flowers all dance together, dreaming of gathering colors and becoming Irisals. Only Snowy, the Iris beside Perfumer Sunia, has no color, and the other Irises call it strange.

CHAPTER 01
The Colorless Iris
MOANIIMO noteOn the way to the Sea of Flowers to gather perfume ingredients with Perfumer Sunia, Snowy, the Iris who lives with Sunia, comes along.

One of the ingredients for the fragrance is Iris pollen. Sunia can provide Snowy’s, but to ensure the blend succeeds, you also need pollen from other Irises. The flower fields overflow with color, and Irises of every hue gather to perform their dance in pursuit of color.
A colorless Iris... How strange—how pitiful!
Collect colors, be more beautiful, and become an Irisal! All Irises want that!
Can a colorless Iris still dance?
What do you mean, "why"? S-So what if she was born without color?! Snowy’s scent is more colorful and beautiful than any other Iris’s!
CHAPTER 02
The Fussy Irisal
MOANIIMO noteAt the edge of the Sea of Flowers, you meet an Irisal absorbed in dance practice.

What’s more important than my colors...?
...It’s you? What happened to you? You look completely different.
An Iris must gather enough beautiful colors, and master matching dance steps to become an Irisal.
Then, an Irisal who has the best colors and dance moves will become the most magnificent Irisalis.
Back when we were both Irises, we used to dance together... I thought she’d become an Irisal and left this place long ago, but...
So, what do you really want? You... want colors? I’ve got some extra.
The temperamental Irisal seems to know Snowy. It explains that an Iris must collect colors and hone its dancing before it can become an Irisal, and only those that perfect both may become an Irisalis. Surprised by Snowy’s current appearance, it offers to share some of its color, but Snowy refuses. The Irisal instead generously gives you its pollen.
CHAPTER 03
Snowy’s Color
MOANIIMO noteIn the main story “The Land of Dancing Illusions,” Sunia tells of the blessing she received at the Bloom Festival ten years ago.

Simply put, Irises can transfer color. They usually absorb it, but they can give it away as well.

Yes. Haven’t you seen that Irisal? Your little Iris was even more colorful than her back then.
She gave her own colors, the most important thing to an Iris— all to me?!
And in her dream, this Iris wished to give her color to this human, to make her happy.
As you follow the butterfly shadows, you catch glimpses of unfamiliar dreamlike visions—grieving parents, a sick infant, and an Iris that gives away its color and turns snow-white. Sunia admits that these are memories of her past—and of the blessing she received at the Bloom Festival ten years ago.
After leaving Lumenfly Valley, you tell Nicole what happened and ask Velouria how she cured Sunia all those years ago. Velouria explains that the transfer of color is tied to a mutation of the Iris family, but was ultimately made possible by Snowy’s wish. She remarks that Snowy’s dream is every bit as pure as Irelia’s. Although she claims to have lost interest in Irelia after she abandoned her dream, she relents at your request and gives you a clue.
CHAPTER 04
The Flower on the Rock
MOANIIMO noteIn the journey “Come Out, Floret,” Clovis, the young flower farmer, tries to enlist the Irises’ help.

Perhaps the Irises could help—they’re experts with plants. Every florist knows they can easily make plants thrive.
A few days ago, some of my clan and I met up to dance. We were looking for a good spot when we saw a very special rock by the road. It had a flower bud growing out of it!
What a vigorous little flower! We danced around the rock to encourage that bud to bloom into a small cluster.
Maybe... if it’s in a bad mood, might the flowers fall off? Just like how a tree sheds its leaves when it’s sad.
CHAPTER 05
The Alpha Irisal and the Old Clovis

The hair band old Clovis gave to Alpha Irisal. A symbol of their friendship that started when they were young and lasted their whole lives.

When Alpha Irisal was still just a giant bloom, it once crossed paths with Lady Irelia—gliding effortlessly upon the wind. Yet the bloom sensed something amiss: Lady Irelia wasn’t truly free. Unsure how to help, it turned to its dear friend Old Clovis for guidance and asked him to craft a seed brimming with extraordinary life force, one that might aid Lady Irelia. Drawing on his innate sensitivity to life itself, Old Clove distilled the essence of all six Iris forms into a single seed—imbuing it with immense vitality. But perhaps something vital was still missing—while the Life Force Seed succeeded in transforming the giant bloom into the Alpha Irisal, it brought no relief to Lady Irelia. In his final moments, Old Clovis lay on his deathbed when Irisal came to bid him farewell, placing the seed gently into his palm, hoping his life might yet begin anew.
