Introduction by MOANIIMO · not game text

Budclaw chooses only one mate for life, and the two always go everywhere together. For Clovis, a young flower farmer in Bloomville, the Budclaw Floret is his only friend. Game text

Clovis calls over his friend Floret, a Budclaw with flowers all over his head. You assume the flowers are some kind of romantic symbol, but it turns out Floret is very much single. While he was sunbathing one day, an Iris mistook him for a rock and coaxed flowers to sprout on his head, and that’s exactly why he can’t find a partner and has been feeling down ever since. The Iris explains it only meant to celebrate life, though Clovis doesn’t hold a grudge, and instead tells you the story of how he and Floret first met, then gives you a precious seed as a gift.
