Tito on the big leaf in the Rosy Mirelands

The Whisperwake Isles Pathfinders who do not show up even when you go to the marked spot are Tito and Kiko. Tito's challenge opens when you hand an Incredible Egg to him in Mirrorsea Village, and Kiko's opens when you push the shell-shaped object in front of Kiko to rescue the Coinwisp.

This post covers the coordinates, levels, deployed Aniimo and First Clear Rewards of all 14 Whisperwake Isles Pathfinders. It also includes the steps that make the missing Tito and Kiko appear, and the Astra Kyle and Lainey Elite Pathfinder Rematch that gives Phenomena Crystals.
  • Tito: talk to him in Mirrorsea Village (1958.5, -1073.0) → hand over 1 Incredible Egg → challenge him on the big leaf in the Rosy Mirelands (1134.0, -1513.2)
  • Kiko: talk to him in Crescent Bay (1919.8, -1304.6) → rescue the Coinwisp → Round 1 at the same spot → Round 2 in Crescent Bay (2321.9, -1113.8)
  • 14 Pathfinders: Kiko · Orso · Kaliga · Fina · Nicoletta · Challenge Robot 1 · Challenge Robot 2 · Antara · Ruggero · Sandro · Tito · Phoebe · Renato · Jieke
  • Rewards: Round 2 of the regular Pathfinders gives 20 Sparkling Crystal; Round 2 of Antara and Jieke gives 50 Sparkling Crystal · 2 Echoes of the Sea
  • Phenomena Crystal: 1 each from the first clear of the Astra Kyle and Lainey Lv.75 Elite Pathfinder Rematch

11. Making Tito Appear – Hand Over an Incredible Egg

  • Step 1: Talk to Tito (1958.5, -1073.0) in a corner of Mirrorsea Village. He is with a Puffby and wants to have an Ignitis on his team.
  • Step 2: When the talk ends, the Deliver Items window opens. Hand over 1 Incredible Egg and Tito takes it, saying "Th-This... this is an Ignitis egg!"
  • Step 3: Go to the Rosy Mirelands (1134.0, -1513.2) and look up: a big leaf hangs from a tree. Climb up and Tito, now "Captain Bug", is there with a Buffby, ready to take a Pathfinder Challenge.
  • In Tito's Round 1 he uses Buffby · Royalby · Ignitis, and in Round 2 Sugartini is added.
  • It is not known whether the Incredible Egg you handed over is returned.

22. Making Kiko Appear – Rescue the Coinwisp

  • Step 1: Talk to Kiko at Crescent Bay (1919.8, -1304.6). He says, "My Coinwisp is stuck under a cap! Can you get it out?"
  • Step 2: Attack the shell-shaped object in front of Kiko and push it out of place, and the Coinwisp appears next to Kiko. A skill that strikes the ground is convenient, but other attacks can push it too.
  • Step 3: Talk to Kiko again and you can fight Round 1 right next to it, at (1923.9, -1304.2).
  • Step 4: After you win, Round 2 appears on the right side of Crescent Bay at (2321.9, -1113.8). The Round 2 battle effect is "Lightning-Fast Combo" (the Aniimo's ATK Speed +100%).
Step 1 – Kiko in Crescent Bay and the shell-shaped object in front of him
Step 2 – Push the object away and the Coinwisp appears next to Kiko
Step 3 – Talk to Kiko again to fight Round 1
Step 4 – Round 2 appears on the right side of Crescent Bay

33. Locations and Levels of the 14 Pathfinders

  • The coordinates are world coordinates that you can enter into the in-game map as they are.
  • On the map, Nicoletta is described as "Appearing during storms" and Phoebe as "Appearing during the day". If they are not there, change the weather or the time.
  • Antara's challenge opens after you finish a quest.
  • Each Pathfinder can be fought once in Round 1 and once in Round 2.

FAQ

Q. There is a Pathfinder marker on the map, but nobody is there when I go.
If it is in the Rosy Mirelands at (1134.0, -1513.2), it is Tito. He appears when you hand an Incredible Egg to Tito in Mirrorsea Village. If it is in Crescent Bay, finish Kiko's Coinwisp rescue first. Nicoletta appears in stormy weather and Phoebe in the daytime.
Q. Do I have to give Tito an Ignitis egg?
What the Deliver Items window asks for is an Incredible Egg. Hand over 1 and Tito accepts it, saying it is an Ignitis egg.
Q. Where do I get Phenomena Crystal?
Among the Pathfinders in this post, you get 1 each from the first clear of the Astra Kyle and Lainey Lv.75 rematch. The First Clear Rewards of the 14 Whisperwake Isles Pathfinders do not include it.
Q. Can I fight Round 2 again?
You can fight Round 1 and Round 2 of a Whisperwake Isles Pathfinder only once each.
