How to Fill Aniilog Skill Topics Fast
Cancel right after using a skill with Twine release (C) or a dash (Shift) · The cooldown does not run, only the topic count goes up · Some skills work and some do notRight after pressing a skill, press C → C (release the Twine → Twine again) or Shift (dash). The skill is cancelled, the cooldown does not run, and only the Aniilog topic count goes up. Some skills work and some do not.
The Aniilog has the “Core Skills Used” (40 times) and “Use Skills” (80 times) topics. Filling them with skills that have a 15–20 s cooldown means more than 10 minutes of waiting alone, but if you cancel the skill with C → C or Shift right after using it, you can press it again with no cooldown and the count still goes up.- Repeat Q → C → C: while Twined, press the skill and then C twice – the Twine ends and is formed again, the skill is cancelled, the count goes up, and EP is refunded
- Repeat Q → Shift: press the skill and dash right away – the skill is cancelled and the cooldown does not run
- E skill: E → C → C works too. Some Aniimo, like Rookey, only work well if you press E and C very quickly
- Some skills work and some do not. Press your Aniimo's skill a few times, and if the count goes up, just keep repeating it
- Rotating four of the same Aniimo: fill party slots 1–4 with the same Aniimo and use skills in turn – while one is on cooldown you can use another, so it takes less time
11. Method – cancel right after using the skill
- Q → C → C: while Twined, press Q (the skill) and then press C twice quickly. The first C ends the Twine and cancels the skill, and the second C Twines again. The topic count goes up and EP is refunded. Repeat it as Q → C → C → Q → C → C …
- Q → Shift: press the skill and dash (Shift) right away. The skill is cancelled by the dash and the cooldown does not run, so you can press it again immediately.
- The E skill works with E → C → C too. Some Aniimo, like Rookey, only work well if you press E and C very quickly.
- Some skills work and some do not. Press it a few times, and if the Aniilog topic count goes up, keep repeating that skill.
- Rotating four of the same Aniimo: fill party slots 1–4 with four of the same Aniimo and use skills while switching 1 → 2 → 3 → 4. While one is on cooldown you can use another, so it takes less time than with a single Aniimo. Skills that cannot be cancelled get faster this way too.
- The video below shows Lightning Surge → dash being repeated. A “Topic complete” notification appears at the end.
22. Which topics is it for?
- “Core Skills Used”: 5 / 10 / 20 / 40 times (40 cumulative), 10 points per step · 40 points in total. It is on the 48 species that have finished evolving. (Sparkelf alone has 2 / 5 / 10 / 20 times.)
- “Use Skills”: 10 / 20 / 40 / 80 times (80 cumulative, some have 3 steps). It is on 49 species, and 38 of them have both topics, so you can alternate Q and E to fill both at once.
- A Core Skill is a skill with an S mark at the bottom right of its icon.
- After filling the topics, you must submit a Research Report at the Research Console in an Outpost for the points to go into your Research Level.

33. 20 Core Skills with a long cooldown
- These are the Aniimo whose Core Skill has a cooldown of 15 s or more, so using it normally takes a long time. “Waiting time” is the time spent waiting out the cooldown while filling 40 uses with one Aniimo (cooldown × 39). Rotating four of the same Aniimo cuts it to about a quarter.

FAQ
- Q. Does the Aniilog count go up even if I cancel the skill?
- Yes. If you press C → C (release the Twine → Twine again) or Shift (dash) right after pressing the skill, the skill is cancelled and the cooldown does not run, but the topic count goes up by 1. C → C also refunds EP.
- Q. Does it work for every skill?
- No. Some skills work and some do not. Press it a few times, and if the topic count goes up, keep repeating that skill.
- Q. The E skill does not work well.
- It depends on the skill. Some Aniimo, like Rookey, only work well if you press E and C very quickly.
- Q. How many times do I have to use the skill topics?
- “Core Skills Used” is 40 cumulative and “Use Skills” is 80 cumulative. Only Sparkelf's Core Skill topic is 20 cumulative.
Pro tips
